Refund and Return Policies
Ziryvo Return Policy
At RetroPlay, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, we'll be happy to assist you with a return, as long as you meet the requirements outlined below.
1. Deadline for returns
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions to be eligible for a refund
To be eligible, the item must meet the following requirements:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Keep the original packaging.
- Present a receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Health and personal care items.
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Dangerous goods or flammable liquids/gases.
3. Partial refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Open products such as CDs, DVDs, video games or software.
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged or have missing parts due to causes beyond our control.
- Returns made more than 15 days after delivery.
4. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, we will automatically process your refund and the amount will be applied to your original payment method. This may take a few days, depending on your banking institution.
5. Refund issues
If you haven't received your refund after several days, please follow these steps:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Please contact your credit card company as the refund may be in process.
- Please contact your bank as processing may take time.

6. Items on sale
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refund.
7. Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at reetroplayy@gmail.com and send the item to: Venecia, Corazón de Jesús, San Carlos, Alajuela, 21005, Costa Rica .
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase.
9. Returns Shipping
To return your product, send it to the following address:
Venecia, Corazón de Jesús, San Carlos, Alajuela, 21005, Costa Rica .
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the shipping cost will be deducted.
- We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or insurance for items over $75, as we do not guarantee receipt of your return.
